Sometime doctor's appointment is not on time. Just now one patient is complaining at reception that she wait for 45 minutes.

The Dr is good, however, consistently late. I have never been seen on time (30 mins wait is normal!). I have only managed to get an appointment easily once. All other occasions I have had to wait weeks. Main receptionist can be rude and lacks people's skills at times.

Any time I need to see the doctor or nurse they will give me an appointment. I think telephone waiting time has to be reduced.
